In short: PickPick requires no account and contains no advertising or cross-app tracking. Your choices, custom wheels, favorites, recent items, preferences, and reminders stay on your devices. Limited pseudonymous usage analytics help improve the App.

1. Information handled by the App

PickPick stores information needed to provide its features locally on your iPhone or Apple Watch, including:

• custom wheel content, favorites, recent items, and selection settings;
• app language and other preferences; and
• local reminder settings and notification authorization status.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, phone number, or email address.

2. Collection, advertising, and tracking

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to process limited pseudonymous usage information, such as app launches, sessions, interactions, and basic device and app information. This helps the developer understand feature usage and improve reliability. The App does not send your choices, custom wheel content, favorites, or recent items through analytics, and it does not use analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy and applicable service terms.

3. Apple services and device communication

• Notifications: If enabled, reminders are scheduled and displayed locally by the operating system. You can change notification permission in system settings.
• Apple Watch: The App uses Apple's WatchConnectivity service to send the language and wheel information needed by the paired watch. This is device-to-device communication managed by Apple, not an upload to the developer's server.
• Backups and the App Store: Apple may process downloads, purchases, diagnostics, and device backups under its own policies. The developer cannot access the contents of your iCloud device backup.

4. Support emails

If you contact support, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include—such as device model, system version, app version, language, time zone, or screenshot—will be used only to respond to and troubleshoot your request. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

5. Retention and your choices

Local data remains on your device until you change or delete it, or uninstall the App. Data included in an Apple-managed backup is controlled by your backup settings. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Firebase and Google Analytics retention settings. You may edit or delete custom wheel content in the App, disable notifications in system settings, and uninstall the App to remove its local data from the device.

6. Children

PickPick is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

7. Changes and contact

• Apple Watch：本应用通过 Apple 的 WatchConnectivity 服务，将配对手表所需的语言和转盘信息在设备之间传输。这是由 Apple 管理的设备间通信，不会上传到开发者服务器。
• 备份与 App Store：Apple 可能依照其自身政策处理下载、购买、诊断和设备备份。开发者无法访问您的 iCloud 设备备份内容。

4. 支持邮件

当您主动联系支持时，邮件地址、邮件内容，以及您选择附带的设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、语言、时区或截图等信息，仅用于回复和排查问题。请不要发送与问题无关的个人或敏感信息。

5. 保存期限与您的控制

本地数据会保存在设备上，直到您修改、删除相关内容或卸载本应用。已进入 Apple 管理的设备备份的数据受您的备份设置控制。统计数据按照 Firebase 和 Google Analytics 中配置的保留期限保存。您可以在应用内编辑或删除自定义转盘，在系统设置中关闭通知，或卸载应用以删除设备上的本地应用数据。

6. 未成年人

PickPick 不专门面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。
